"Customer service right out the window"

Have owned house for 3 months. Damp patches on wall. Dehumidifier put in, still in. Paint peeling off in bedroom, mess on floor left by painters. No urgency. Poor responce. Customer service letter sent to Manager about complaint was inadvertently sent to me. It said I was being vague and more or less blamed me, give me a break.
