"Attendant saved the day, Deserves a medal!"

Went here for fuel on New years eve 2012!

Was quiet when we went in , but our pump crashed halfway though delivery, causing all kinds of disruption. Tannoy was not working so attendant could not instruct us and we had to go into kiosk for advice.

We were instructed to complete our fill at another pump which we did. Unfortunately our first pump would not then communicate with the computer.

By this time the poor attendant (who was on her own) was doing her best to deal with a long queue. She did this admirably and deserves commendation for her efforts. Thanks to her alone we completed the transaction, but she certainly deserves a medal for the way she handled things. I hope she will not be penalized cos her till does not balance!

She should not have been on her own at such a busy time. I suspect she was not well paid for the level of service she provided.

We expect to see her with a supervisors badge next time we go for a fill up!.
